Where I've worked
Tier II operational support for the Casinos of Winnipeg and Manitoba First Nations casino sites. Start-of-Day / End-of-Day procedures on revenue-generating gaming systems, incident diagnosis and escalation in an ITIL environment (Cherwell), account administration across Active Directory and enterprise gaming platforms (IGT Advantage, sbX, VLT and POS systems), and overnight monitoring of virtualized servers, backups, and datacenter infrastructure (VMware vSphere, SCOM).
Led the Figma evaluation that earned Architecture Review Board approval as a baseline tool, and presented it live at the MBLL Technology Roadmap series. Built a Power BI artifact-tracking dashboard (star schema, DAX) with a Python-generated mock-data pipeline, delivered the BA/SA onboarding documentation framework, supported the Gen 5/6 laptop rollout, and self-initiated a Replicon API analysis for contractor-hour tracking.
Province-wide QA inspections across 5 highway construction projects. Redesigned a fragmented manual reporting process into a consolidated Excel system, cutting reporting time from ~8 hours to 2, and performed contractor payment calculations in the MAS database supporting decisions worth millions annually.
Collected and validated construction datasets across 3 highway projects, producing audit-ready documentation for compliance reviews and operational decisions.
